Air conditioning system

There is an air conditioning system in each room. The remote control is on the wall. Please, use the air conditioning with your windows shut. In winter period from 01.09 to 30.04 the air conditioning system is turned off.

Beauty and wellness centre

We offer to visit the hotel Beauty & Wellness Center on the 1st floor. The center offers massage and body & face treatments. Center is open from 9:00 till 21:00.

Beauty treatments can be ordered at reception. You can find more detailed information about treatments available in the brochure that are located in your room. To order a treatment please call (Ext. 700 or 704).

Breakfast

Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast hall on the -1th floor of the hotel. Breakfast hall working hours: Mon.-Fri. from 7:00 to 11:00, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays from 7:30 to 11:00.

If you prefer an early take away breakfast, please inform the reception in advance. We offer breakfast for guest visitors for the additional fee of 7,00 EUR / pers.

Car rent

The car rent service is available at the hotel. For more information, please contact reception (Ext. 700 or 704).

Check - in

The check - in time starts at 15:00. In case of early check - in please inform the reception in advance. Early check - in is based upon availability and for extra charge.

Check - out

The check-out time is until 12:00. If you wish to stay longer, please inform the reception in advance, until 12:00. Late check - out is based upon availability and for extra charge.

Conference & banqueting

There are meeting room available at the hotel with capacity up to 35 pers. For more information, please ask at reception or by phone, (Ext. 700 or 704), or by Email: conference@rixwell.com

Drinking water

The tap water is not recommended for drinking. The drinking water in bottles is available in the mini bar in each room or in the restaurant at the hotel first floor for extra charge.

Electricity

The voltage in the hotel is 220V.

Electrical safety tips

• Do not use electrical appliance when the spark occurs.
• It is necessary to avoid contact between electrical device and moisture or water.
• Do not touch the electrical appliance, switches, etc. with wet hands.
• Do not touch the wiring elements, lamps, switches, or simply working appliances with hands while taking a bath or standing barefoot on a wet floor.
• Do not place electrical heaters near flammable materials.
• Do not leave unattended appliances, especially iron, electric heating plugged in.
• Do not flood water on inflamed cable or break it off with hands.
• Do not pull out the plug with the electrical device cable.
• Do not touch the electric wires bare ends with hands.
• Do not pour water to the plug or power cord when it is on fire.

Evacuation plan

There is an evacuation plan in each room near the door. The location of the room is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency ways and evacuation exits.

Extra bed and breakfast for children

• Children under 3 years are allowed to stay in their parent's room for FREE, including an extra bed and breakfast.
• Children aged 4 to 12 years - EUR 15 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.
• Children older than 13 years - EUR 22 (per child/night) with extra bed and breakfast included.

Fire safety

There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors. Do not use the elevator!

Fire and rescue service

You can call to fire service, dial 0 - 112.

Hair dryer

For your convenience, there is a hair dryer located in bathroom.

Internet connection

A free Wi-Fi network is available in the hotel.

Internet terminal

The internet terminal is located on the first floor of the hotel.

This service is free of charge for hotel guests.

Laundry service

If you would like to use the laundry service, please fill the order form and put all things in Laundry bag. It is possible to leave Laundry bag in the room, or bring it to reception. Please leave your laundry until 08:30. Your laundry will be ready till next morning.

Lost and found

Personal belongings which are found in guest rooms are being kept in the hotel for 3 months. Personal hygiene products and food are not kept! Forgotten belongings may be sent back for an additional price, which includes the service of the hotel 20,00 EUR + postal expenses.

The hotel is not taking any responsibility for the guest personal belongings.

Luggage

The luggage room is located on the first floor of the hotel.

This service is free of charge.

Medical care

In case of the need of a medical care please contact the reception (Ext. 700, 704) or call an AMBULANCE: 0 - 112 or 0 - 113.

Mini bar

A mini bar is available in each room, offering a beverages and snacks. This service is available for an extra fee. You can pay at the reception for the use of a mini bar at the check - out.

Pets

Pets are allowed only upon request. The additional fee for a pet is 20,00 EUR per night.

Post service

You can leave your correspondence at the reception. Envelopes and stamps are available for purchase at hotel reception.

Room cleaning service

Room cleaning service is performed every day from 8:00 to 17:00.

Please place “Clean Room” card on the door knob if you wish your room to be cleaned. If you do not want to be disturbed, please place “Do not disturb” card on the door knob. For changing the towels please leave them on the floor. The bed linen is changed at least every third day of your stay.

Meal order time from menu every day 15:00 - 22:00.
Menu is located at guest room.

Restaurant is located on hotel first floor. We offer European cuisine. To order a meal to your room please call 707. Restaurant opening time: Monday - Sunday 18:00 - 00:00, bar opening time: 12:30 - 00:00

Safe

For personal belongings’ storage we recommend to use a safe which is located in each room. The hotel administration is not responsible for the things left without supervision.

Security

The hotel has video monitoring system in public areas and 24 - hour security. Police number: 0 - 112 or 0 - 110.

This is non - smoking hotel.

The penalty fee for smoking in the room is 150,00 EUR.
