About the Boat Cruise

The boats have a very special, historical design. The oldest of them "Darling" is 100 years old, whereas the other three - "Maria", "Rebeka" and "Laima" - have been built as its replicas. Their special design and slow pace in the waters of Riga Canal will allow you to get to know the most popular places in the city. During the Boat Cruise you will see the bridges of Riga, the legendary Central Market, the picturesque architecture of Old Riga, as well as the industrial environment within the territory of Andrejosta.

Useful information

• The journey takes approximately 50 minutes;
• The interval between journeys is ~30 minutes on average;
• Opening hours: 10:00‒19:00;
• You can connect to the audio guide with your smartphone and headphones;
• Warm blankets are available on each boat on cooler days;
• Boarding takes place at the Bastion Hill (Bastejkalns) pier, 100 m from the Freedom Monument;
• In case of bad weather, rain, high winds, or high water levels, the route or timetable may be changed.

Tickets for children

• Children up to 6 years of age can board for free when accompanied by an adult;
• For children from 7 to 18 years the ticket price is EUR 8.00 (available at the hotel reception).
