There is an air conditioning system in each room. The remote control is on the wall. Please, use the air conditioning with your windows shut. In the winter period from 01.09 to 30.04 the air conditioning system is turned off.
The bar is located on the hotel's first floor and offers a wide variety of snacks and drinks. Bar opening time: Monday - Sunday 00:00 - 24:00. (Ext. 3600)
Beauty treatments can be ordered at reception. You can find more detailed information about treatments available in the brochure that is located in your room. To order a treatment please call (Ext. 3600).
Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast hall on the 1st floor of the hotel (entrance via the second floor). Breakfast hall working hours: Mon. - Fri. from 7:00 to 11:00. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays from 7:30 to 11:00.
If you prefer an early takeaway breakfast, please inform the reception in advance.
We offer breakfast for guest visitors for the additional fee of 15,00 EUR / pers.
Security parking is available. It is located 600 meters in walking distance from the hotel. The price for the parking is 9,00 EUR per night. The price for the parking for the bus is 21,00 EUR per night.

The check-in time starts at 14:00. In case of early check-in please inform the reception in advance. Early check-in is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

Tap water is not recommended for drinking. The drinking water in bottles is available in the mini-bar in each room or in the lobby bar on the hotel's first floor.

There is an evacuation plan in each room near the door. The location of the room is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency ways and evacuation exits.
In case of the need of an extra bed please contact the reception. (Ext. 3600).
There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors. Do not use the elevator!

If you would like to use the laundry service please fill the order form and put all things in a Laundry bag. It is possible to leave a Laundry bag in the room or bring it to reception. Please leave your laundry until 08:30. Your laundry will be done by the next morning.
Personal belongings which are found in guest rooms are being kept in the hotel for 3 months. Personal hygiene products and food are not kept! Forgotten belongings may be sent back for an additional price, which includes the service of the hotel 20 EUR + postal expenses.
The hotel is not taking any responsibility for the guest's personal belongings.
The luggage room is located on the first floor of the hotel.

A minibar is available in each room, offering beverages and snacks. This service is available for an extra fee. You can pay at the reception for the use of a minibar at the check-out.
Pets are allowed only upon request. The additional fee for a pet is 15 EUR per night. For further information please contact the reception.
You can leave your correspondence at the reception. Envelopes and stamps are available for purchase at the hotel reception.
Room cleaning service is performed every day from 8:30 to 17:00. Please place the “Clean Room” card on the doorknob if you wish your room to be cleaned. If you do not want to be disturbed, please place the “Do not disturb” card on the doorknob.
For changing the towels please leave them on the floor.
The bed linen is changed at least every third day of your stay.
The reception desk works 24 hours (Ext. 3600).
For personal belongings’ storage, we recommend using a safe which is located in each room. The hotel administration is not responsible for the things left without supervision.
The hotel has a video monitoring system in public areas and 24 - hour security. Police number: 9 - 112 or 9 - 110.
